Elad Bronstein is an attorney at Serling Rooks Hunter McKoy Worob & Averill LLP. He advises recording artists, labels, producers, mixers and songwriters with respect to a variety of music industry related transactional matters, including the drafting and negotiation of recording and licensing agreements, publishing agreements, featured artist agreements, and producer and mixer agreements.
Prior to SRH, Mr. Bronstein held positions as a law clerk working in music and entertainment law while earning a J.D. at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law with a concentration in Information and Intellectual Property Law. Mr. Bronstein also has musical composition and performance background including attending recording and writing sessions with independent artists, bands, and producers at home and professional studios in the New York City area, as well as performing at local music venues.
