Elad Bronstein is an associate attorney at Serling Rooks Hunter McKoy Worob & Averill LLP. He represents and advises music and entertainment industry professionals including major label and independent recording artists, award winning producers, mixers, and songwriters, as well as labels, managers, and content creators across a broad spectrum of legal issues and transactional matters. He drafts and negotiates a variety of intellectual property and service related contracts including recording, publishing, distribution, and touring agreements, management agreements, merchandise, sponsorship, and endorsement agreements, producer, mixer, and featured artist agreements, soundtrack agreements, and sync licenses.
Prior to SRH, Mr. Bronstein held positions as a law clerk working for several boutique music and entertainment law firms and solo practitioners while earning a J.D. at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law with a concentration in Information and Intellectual Property Law. Mr. Bronstein also has a musical composition and performance background including attending recording and writing sessions with independent artists, bands, and producers at home and professional studios in the New York City area, as well as performing at local music venues.
