Biography

Jessica Bowman is an associate attorney at Serling Rooks Hunter McKoy Worob & Averill LLP. She concentrates her practice on the negotiation and drafting of a broad range of music and entertainment agreements, including producer, mixer, featured artist, management, distribution, touring, and licensing deals. She also advises clients on related intellectual property matters, including copyright and trademark issues.

Jessica earned a Certificate in Intellectual Property, Media & Information Law during law school, where she also interned and later served as a law clerk at the firm. Before attending law school, she spent several years in the music industry, including as Senior Manager of Business Affairs at Downtown Music. She has also held roles at an artist management company and a music PR and marketing agency.
